Grief Coaching Services

Living a full and expansive life means being able to tend to your grief as it comes, whether its source is an event in the past or something current, whether the loss is the death of a loved one or the ending of something significant like a job, relationship, or phase of life.

Coaching packages listed below are for packages of 4 virtual sessions, and group coaching pricing reflects the price for 4 remote sessions as a group. Other offerings listed below are for individual meetings with me. Zoom is utilized for all sessions unless otherwise stated.

Grief Coaching Consultation

Free (30 minutes)

Free consultation to find out if grief coaching support is a good fit for where you are on your path.

One-on-One Grief Coaching

$400

4 virtual sessions of tending to your grief with tenderness and compassion to help you move forward from a place of integration, without expectation of "moving on" or "getting over it".

Group Grief Coaching

$1200

Work together with friends or family experiencing loss alongside you and tend to your individual grief in community with the goal of integrating and moving forward while honoring your loss in your life. Group coaching is available for up to 4 people at a time in packages of 4 sessions.

Untangling Your Grief

$125

Grief is an experience made up of many different feelings. When you start to examine your grief, you may find (among other things) anger, sadness, relief, guilt, and even some joy. When those are knotted together, grief can feel messy and overwhelming to sit with, so we tend to pack it away to deal with another day. In this 75 minute session, we will work through the knot of your grief to tease out the different aspects that make it up so that you can more easily and effectively begin to integrate grief into your life, making it a partner to your lived experience rather than a barrier. This 75 minute session will include grief tending and coaching, and guided writing and meditation.

Doula Services

Doula services can be used at any stage of life, and all of the services below are available for a dying person and/or their caregiver(s) and loved ones. Please use the contact form to inquire about available services, or to tell me what support you have in mind in your search for a Death Doula.

As people's needs are individual, so is the death care I provide. I am happy to work with you around your individual needs and available resources to create a package that feels supportive and accessible to you.

Death Doula Consultation

Primer Package

$450

Employ me as a sounding board for an array of care decisions that you need to make. As part of this package, I will also assist with an overall review of the environment, caregiver needs, and any quality of life issues you are interested in talking about. Primer Package includes: • 5 one-hour visits • Phone and Text Access • Assistance with, or Review of, Advance Directives • Evaluation of the Environment to Improve the Quality of Life • Evaluation of Caregiver Needs and Status • Evaluation of Timing for Hospice • Preliminary Vigil Planning
